"Never Again!!!"

Having purchased our first caravan from this dealership our after sales experience has been terrible. Because our car at the time had no tow bar fitted they offered to store the caravan until we changed our car. We telephoned a week before we were due to pick up the caravan and explained that the caravan was in storage and that we would be picking the caravan up the following week as we live in Nottingham. On the morning of the day we were supposed to pick up the caravan we telephoned again to let them know that we were coming to pick the caravan up and would arrive at mid day. They said yes no problem we shall get the caravan ready. When we arrived they did not have the caravan ready for us they could not find an address that was on their system and no post code either.

I got the log book out of my car for proof of ownership and still there was an excuse as to why the caravan was not ready ie the staff who look after storage facilities had finished for the day and only one key. On this the front of house staff was rude to me and my wife and also the salesman saying how I'm I supposed to know if no one tells me. Listening to this I decided to have a coffee in Percy bistro and still I could here the staff at the front of house reception still shouting, I found out that this was directed still at me and my wife as was confirmed by another member of staff. All I can say is poor service with no customer service skills!

Having collected our caravan we have found items missing which we have had to contact these people again to try and sort out. At the time of all the problems we had we had my sister and brother in law looking at caravans on site, we told them what had happened and advised them not to bother purchasing a caravan from here so I took them to Lowdhams instead.
