We had visited various other hot tub dealers and to be quite honest we were fed up of all the stories and down putting these guys were about their competition.

The very knowledgeable staff at hydro active did non of that.

They listened to us and advised us without any prejudice or pressure.

Their approach was very refreshing and made us feel at ease.

We were not planning on signing up that day , but they did such a thorough job and gave us so much relavant information we felt that we didn't need to go anywhere else.

We have now owned our vita spa prestige for 6 weeks and have contacted the chaps a number of times both in the daytime and evening for advice on our water and no matter what time of day they always call back within minutes.

A lot of firms need to take a leaf out of they're book.

If you want a hot tub and need a good honest company to deal with you will not go far wrong with these guys!.
