"Chruch view"

Very good day staff, night staff can't speak English ,leave residents in thier daytime attire for bed , get them up at ridiculous times.(4,45). NOT one resident wanted the night staff to help them.,asking day staff to put them to bed before night staff come in,.

Making out some residents had dementia (when clearly they did not.)

Reported all this to cqc , with no reply from them..
