"Personalised easter egg- personal service"

Went into Thorntons Frenchgate Doncaster today to try and get a white chocolate rabbit for my 10month old great neice. Unfortunately they didnt have one, but I was assisted by 2 of the most helpful sales people I have ever met. The young female sales assistant Sam asked if I would like her to draw a rabbit on a white easter egg - it was brilliant. She then personalied it even further by adding the name of my great neice. I was so pleased to get something so personal. The young chap was also so helpful and personalied an egg for my hubbie who was jealous of the rabbitegg!! It was also so refreshing to hear staff praising eachother.

WELL DONE THORNTONS = You made my day!!.
